The William I Koch International Sea Scout Cup Association, Inc, is proud to announce that the 10th biennial Koch Cup is returning to the Sea Star Base Galveston.  The goal is 20 in 2020 – 20 International and 20 teams form the United States.  Qualifiers for the USA teams are underway.  We are in search of International teams.
