Biographical Info
Ting Fung is from Yuen Long, Hong Kong and is a member of Scout Association of Hong Kong Kowloon Region (First Kowloon Sea Scout Group) of the Scout Association of Hong Kong. He has been active in scouting for 8 years and has earned the rank of Venture Scout. He will graduate in 2020 from Lok Sin Tong Leung Kau Kui College.
He is on his Schools basketball team. Has Hong Kong Sailing Federation Dinghy Certificate Scheme Level 3 and completed the Scout Association of Hong Kong Laser Bahia Sailing Training Course. He has taken part in various races to include the 2014 Sea Scout Regatta Topper Trophy finishing as the First Runner-up, the 2016 Sea Scout Regatta Topper Trophy taking Second Runner-up honors , and the 2017 Sea Scout Regatta Topper Trophy placing 4th.
He has been sailing for 4 years averaging two races each year in Toppers, Hunters, and Bahias.
