Toby is from Blenheim, Marlborough, New Zealand and is a member of Sea Scout Ship Marlborough. He has been active in scouting for 3 years and has earned the rank of Venturers. He attends Marlborough Boys College.
He enjoys coaching young sailors, is active in athletics and fitness. And his working on DoE.
He has been sailing for 5 years in Optimists, Starlings, Lasers ,420s and Sports Boats.
