Report between Noon and 1700 Hr., to Sea Star Base Galveston at 7509 Broadway St, Galveston, TX 77554, for final on-site registration. You may drive your vehicle to the Sea Star Base Galveston and park in an offsite area. There might be a daily parking fee. You will not be authorized to access your vehicle during the event.
